Susan is a singer/songwriter and singing teacher from Manchester UK.
She trained classically as a soprano and now writes her own material in the acoustic/folk genre. Susan’s sound is a cross between Sarah McLachlan, Trisha Yearwood and Amy Lee, with a dash of classical thrown into the mix.
Susan teaches singing to all ages and abilities, from beginner to advanced. She is available for location teaching in both Wigan and Manchester, along with having her own teaching studio in Northenden.
As well as teaching privately and peripatetically, Susan teaches for Tameside Music Service, Stagecoach, Stage & Singing Express, Mainstream Theatre Arts, and is an associate teacher with Vocaltutor.
In addition to teaching singing, Susan teaches Music Theory, Composition and Beginner Piano. She is also a Musical Director and Conductor for numerous choirs and ensembles.
